It is mother's day today,well yesterday. What was suppose to be a pleasent day where Mothers go out with their sons/daughters and enjoy being treated like a queen, turned out to be a not-so-pleasant experience at Secret recipe. Customers were hostile, aggresive and not to mention, vulgar. Sometimes , when i look at how rude customers act towards us, I can't help but think that they think that we are just a bunch of imbeciles and we should bow down to their feet when we serve them.I know its ridiculous but i can't help but feel that they are quick to judge.

Dear difficult customer(s),

I hope you don't mind me saying this to you. If youre think you are rich and you can abuse us, $5/hr waiter/waitresses, keep your money and show us humanity. If you think you are smart and you can outsmart us by 'reporting a complain' or arguing with us, we just think that youre not worth an argument and we find you pretty much amusing.In a silly way. If you want to embarass us by hurling profanities at us in front of a whole outlet of customers,you are just humiliating yourself.Afterall, YOU are fighting about......food & drinks?Really shows what kind of person you are. Lastly, for those who finds it thrilling and profitable to run away without paying, You cheating , cheapskate bastards.
